Happy Halloween!

Do you like my ballerenia costume? Denali thinks its pretty cool, that why she's licking my toes in the picture! I wore my costume to day care today and got lots of attention for it. Very cool. Then daddy picked me up and took me to the ER to say hi to all his friends there, but I was pretty tired by then so I didn't feel like socializing. I was much happier to come home, eat some squash, drink some milk, and play with my sisters. After my beloved bath time, daddy and I sat down to read. He put some books out as options, and I distinctly reached for "Goodnight Moon". I smiled and giggled at the great green room in the pictures. I even helped daddy turn the pages. I know I am going to like this reading thing. That's good, because mommy has hundreds of books to read around the house. I better get started soon!

Daddy says I can't have Halloween candy yet!

My dear Sopherina Ballerina, you look beautiful and you have grown so much since our family reunion- you were a smaller mouse ballerina then! I can almost watch you grow- sounds like Iowa! i will see you soon and we can feast on YAMS. Love, Gran

No Candy! On my! But squash ia a lovely Halloween treat. You are the cutest ballerina.
By next Halloween you and your sisters will be waiting for the Great Pumpkin in Granmimi's pumpkin patch- which we know will be the most sincere pumpkin patch.

The story is "It's a Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown" and I am sure that your Aunt Jenny will be happy to read the story to you (over and over) and watch the DVD too. As the story goes...
Every year on Halloween eve
While the kids are busy readying their costumes for an
evening of trick or treating, Linus is penning his annual
letter to the Great Pumpkin. But next year there will be one change instead of the letter being signed by Linus it will read:
Dear Great Pumpkin
I am looking forward to your arrival on Halloween night.
Love,
Sophie, Nali and Skye
