I love corn . . . .and butter
The best thing about August in Iowa is all the wonderful sweet corn. More than we can possibly eat, but we'll try. Daddy likes to barbeque it in its husks- just throws it on the grill. Then I use Boppy's Butter Brieght to spread the butter on the corn. I don't mind "cleaning" the spatula afterwards:

I also love corn with butter - I think it is a family trait or maybe its because we live in states that have yummy sweet corn in our backyards and we can buy it at the Farmers Market.
