On Saturday I went to a party with some of daddy's residents and was thrilled to play with the other kids there. I was so jazzed I played way past my bedtime and didn't get bored or fussy! The party was at Jordan Highstead's house (daughter of Grant and Carrie). She has a really cool basement with lots of great toys. My favorite was the toy vacuum cleaner made by Dyson- it looks like a miniature version of the one my parents have at home. Jordan is the girl right behind me in the picture. The other two girls are Cambell and Caroline Wyatt (daughters of Casi and Chris). Too bad my "twin" Soren wasn't there- he lives just down the street from the Highsteads. Maybe he can come play next time.
On Sunday, daddy took me to a Hawkeye basketball game. It was my second game ever- I did go to one last year. I sat very patiently through all of the first half and then they had doggies catching frisbees at halftime! Cool! I also saw the biggest "caw-caw" (bird) I have ever seen- Herky! In the second half I got very tired and we had to leave early, but I patted daddy on the shoulder as I went to sleep thanking him for a wonderful weekend!

Soph! You social calendar sounds incredibly busy, and I have a feeling it is just going to be busier and busier as you grow up! I'm excited to see you around Christmas time. Happy Turkey Day!
Love, Auntie Jenny
What a nice group of friends- it appears that you were having a wonderful time. You need to tell your Mom and Dad that you are ready for your own iPhone so that you can keep track of all your social engagements. Love you lots!
